And how can policy actions create and stimulate the desired impacts in the fields of science, society and the economy? These were questions the IMPACT-SC5 project addressed, during a series of thematic Policy Co-Creation Workshops. First in the series was this workshop on Climate Change. This workshop was held online on 28 April 2021, 10:00-12:15 CEST.<\/p>\n<p>The objectives of the workshop were to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>discuss the results of our analysis regarding the Climate Change related projects of Horizon 2020 Societal Challenge Climate Action, Environment, Resource Efficiency and Raw Materials (SC5)<\/li>\n<li>collectively identify how policy on national and European level can enhance the diffusion and uptake of impacts across the EU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The co-creation workshop was organised in the context our IMPACT-SC5 \u201cAssessing the impact pathways of IA\/RIA SC5 projects through the use of portfolio analysis\u201d project (GA No. 869746). IMPACT-SC5 reviews the 87 RIAs and IAs funded under the Horizon 2020 Societal Challenge 5 \u2013 Climate Action, Environment, Resource Efficiency and Raw Materials \u2013 Work Programme 2014-2015, as well as its supplementary Work Programmes and calls.
